My client is a globally recognised name in banking. Therefore, my client needs a candidate with 4/5 years + experience doing a similar role with a quantitative approach. The project is a global Monte Carlo based system used to calculate counter party credit risk exposures. The role on this project is as a senior developer extending and enhancing the existing system. You will assimilate the technical and business requirements and to deliver effective and timely solutions, analysis, design, build and testing of projects enhancements, participate in the production of architecture & design documentation, taking into account standards and policies. Need strong mathematical skills 5 years + C++, Unix, Sybase RDBMS including stored procedures, experience of data integration and prototyping, working with the configuration management tool Clearcase in a structured project life cycle, 5 years experience of risk management & control systems for traded products in investment banking environment. |
